UM Department of Dance MFA Concert Born and raised in Kentucky, Angella Foster explores her kinship with the strong women who shaped the land and the character of her home state with their bare hands. Inspired by her grandma’s stories of growing up the daughter of sharecroppers, Foster captures in Women’s Work the rhythm of daily labor and explores the emotional landscape of an imagined community of women in rural Kentucky. This event will take place at: MSU Museum Auditorium Description: Jerry Garcia, MSU Department of History presents, "UFW, Teamsters, and Growers: Immigration and Labor Organizing in the Washington State Apple Industry." "Our Daily Work / Our Daily Lives" is a joint project that focuses on the artistic traditions of workers and on workplaces as contexts for the expression of workers culture. The richness and diversity of workers' experiences and workers culture is explored and presented through an ongoing series of exhibits, lectures, and presentations; writing and research projects; reunions; and demonstrations and discussions. The program was established in 1992 and is coordinated by the Michigan Traditional Arts Program at the MSU Museum and the Labor Education Program in the College of Social Science's School of Labor and Industrial Relations.

Engine runs strong, dont know actual mileage. Included with the beetle is an additional set of bucket seats and back bench which are in great condition compared to the seats that came with it. No stereo. Body in good shape, nothing major in regards to dents or rust. The bug has been cheaply painted 2 times since the original. Does have a fuel leak and the front suspension needs work, it is drivable, but needs some work to be a daily driver. Needs a new headliner. I bought this bug as a around town car and project, but my job changed and I commute everyday, so I don't drive it much. In the last 6 months this bug has had $2500.00 put into it, in parts and labor, so no low bidders, only serious parties email me.
